If you’ve ever felt trapped in a life that looks good on paper, welcome to the club, because i’ve been there!
At a point in my life where I had done everything I should have done, had everything I was supposed to want, I felt stuck and unfulfilled. I knew that I wanted change, but no matter what I tried just couldn't make it stick. It was only when I sought out my own coach that I realised where the friction came from, what was holding me back and from there everything changed.
The biggest changes for me came from within. A deeper self awareness, a reconnection with who I actually was, and the recognition that I had far more freedom and control over my own life than i’d been giving myself.
As a Mum who takes the lead at home, I also spent many years leading and managing teams in the corporate world. So as an introvert, who is not only comfortable and accepting of this fact but proud of who I am, I know exactly what it feels like to be in a room full of people who don’t look, sound, or lead like you. Quietly wondering if you really belong in these rooms and is your way of leading enough? And the truth is, it is.
My own experience is what shaped how I coach. Everything I do is built around helping you find the same clarity in your identity and your direction, as well as rebuilding self trust and finding freedom on your terms.
My experiences are why I do what I do. I don’t believe that anybody should spend any longer than necessary feeling stuck in a life, in a career, or situation that doesn't fulfil them or feel like theirs.

About my work
I left my 20 year career in the corporate world to pursue my passion - coaching. I am qualified in Personal Performance Life Coaching, DISC assessments and a certified NLP Practitioner. This combination means that coaching sessions with me are aimed to be transformative and not transactional, and you can be safe in the knowledge that I adhere to a Code of Ethical standards in both disciplines.
Transformation doesn't always mean you need to make big life changes in order to feel secure, confident and free. Often the work that takes place on the inside has the biggest impact; intentional mindset shifts that create long lasting, meaningful change.
